Generally, materials are preheated by being pumped into the hot and cold material heat exchange device of the sterilization machine by a centrifugal pump. Then, they are quickly heated to the sterilization temperature through a high-temperature bucket filled with high pressure and maintained at this temperature for about 3 seconds before and after. Microorganisms and enzymes in the material are quickly killed. After the material is discharged from the high-temperature barrel, it is cooled by heat exchange with the cold material, usually at a temperature below 65 ℃. If the temperature needs to be increased in the next process, it can be achieved by adjusting the angle type shut-off valve or circulation, etc. Otherwise, the discharge temperature can be reduced by connecting cooling water. The discharge is controlled by a throttle valve, which can maintain the boiling point of the material above the upper limit high temperature under a certain pressure. During normal production, this valve is adjusted to generate back pressure control flow by overcoming the spring pressure with the driving force of the pump. It is fully opened during washing, and the circulating storage tank can be used to prepare acid-base solutions to effectively clean the scale on the inner wall of the coil. Both feeding and discharging use three-way plugs, and the flow rate can be adjusted as needed, ensuring reliable use.
