Sanitary grade fillers and four head capping machines are designed to enable specialty dairy and juice companies to economically and efficiently enter the next higher level of production and distribution. The new packing adopts innovative federal valves, which can accelerate cleaning speed, extend product service life, and reduce maintenance costs.
The new valve has the characteristics of extreme simplicity and easy quick cleaning. Moreover, its design adopts lighter and more sustainable packaging. Traditionally, filling valves used for packaging milk and juice are kept closed by springs and compression rubber devices. When the bottle rises and comes into contact with the valve, it compresses the spring and must withstand a certain amount of pressure. As bottles become lighter, they usually cannot resist compressive forces. The new patent pending valve relies solely on gravity to keep the valve closed and uses lightweight packaging, which has a very good effect. In extended shelf life applications, it is not necessary to remove the valve from the machine for cleaning, which can save time and reduce labor.
The new filler meets strict hygiene design 3-A standards and can run packaging sizes ranging from one and a half gallons to six ounces. A gallon sized container can run at a speed of up to 40 minutes: for smaller sizes, it can run for up to 180 minutes. The new type of filler has a small footprint and high flexibility, making it an ideal choice for facilities with limited footprint. Adopting an integral structure, the packing and capping machine are integrated on one machine base.
Innovative net weight fillers for coatings and chemicals
Due to the tendency of coatings to harden in traditional filling and then have to be scraped off, FedEx has designed an industrial PTFE coated filling bowl. This new bowl design is cured and polished to provide rapid release performance for paint and chemicals, minimizing product loss caused by hardening. It also reduces labor during the conversion process, thereby improving overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
Shandong filling machineThe net weight packing of Xinyongke has all touch screen controls and an external cycloidal transmission system without lubrication to reduce vibration. Reducing vibration means more accurate and faster filling. In addition, these machines are cleaner and easier to maintain. Maintenance personnel will be familiar with the cleaning agents, grease, and lubricants inside the machine.
