Product Overview:

C. The D test probe meets the requirements of IEC 60529&GB 4208 standards and is used in IP protection testing to simulate tools and metal wires. It is mainly used for testing the * * characteristic numbers 3/4, 5, 6 and additional letter C/D items in IP protection level testing.

In the test requirements for preventing access to hazardous components, the C-type test probe must have a thrust of 3 ± 0.3N, and the D-type test probe must have a thrust of 1 ± 0.1N.

Usage:

As shown in the figure, the joint part of the standard test cannot touch live parts or approach dangerous parts, and a 35mm circular baffle cannot enter.

In the test requirements for preventing access to hazardous components, C and D type test probes must be equipped with a thrust of 3 ± 0.3N N or 1 ± 0.1N.

Notes:

Please do not easily adjust the thrust. If adjustment is necessary, use an instrument with a resolution accuracy of at least 0.033N to calibrate the C and D type test probes.

Due to the precision of the test probe, please handle it gently and keep it properly during use.

The top of the test probe may rust, please pay attention to maintenance and protection.
