Perform float and differential measurements - quickly, accurately, and economically
When the TPS2000 system is used with its standard P2220 passive probe, it can perform float and differential measurements more quickly and accurately, while accelerating the verification of power performance, complex control circuits, and the impact of neutral current for differential voltages floating on four channels (up to 30 VRMS).
When the oscilloscope is used in conjunction with its optional P5120 high-voltage passive probe, the above measurements can be easily performed with a floating voltage of up to 600 VRMSAT II (or 300 VRMS CAT III).
Eliminating ground loop interference, for signals with different reference low levels or ground references, there is only 37 pf of chassis capacitance on each of the four isolated channels, which can accurately characterize the rise and fall time and other waveform parameters of the circuit.
