Beverage hot filling three in one unit
The tea beverage three in one filling machine combines the functions of flushing, filling, and sealing on one body, achieving automation throughout the entire process. It is suitable for filling juice drinks, fruit tea drinks, and non carbonated drinks such as mineral water and purified water in high-temperature resistant polyester bottles. The machine is made of high-quality SUS304 material, and the main components are precision machined by CNC machine tools. The whole machine uses Jin photoelectric detection to check the operation status of each component. It has a high degree of automation and a simple human-machine interface operation display screen with no bottle filling and no cap delivery
Main performance of the equipment:
1) The bottle is fed with an air delivery device and a hanging card bottleneck method, which allows for fast bottle loading without causing deformation of the bottle.
2) The bottle mouth is rinsed using Jin's bottleneck technology, which avoids contact with the threaded mouth and is more hygienic. All bottle transportation uses bottleneck technology, and changing the bottle shape does not require adjusting the height, only changing the protective plate related to the bottle body diameter.
3) The filling adopts valve lifting technology, and the filling valve adopts a new micro pressure filling principle for accurate quantification.
4) The screw cap adopts the catch and turn screw cap technology introduced from France, and the lid sorting device is installed at a low position and horizontally fed.
5) The host PLC and frequency converter are both branded, such as Mitsubishi and Omron from Japan.
The PET bottle three in one machine integrates washing, filling, and sealing, and is developed based on foreign advanced Jin technology according to the filling process requirements of tea, juice, and other beverages. The filling temperature is generally around 82-85 degrees Celsius for liquids.

Technical structural characteristics
a. Bottle flushing section:
This machine is a rotary bottle washing machine, mainly used for washing new bottles of beverages, water and other products. Then send the bottle to the Zhi filling machine for product filling.
PET bottles are fed into the equipment by a bottle dividing star wheel, clamped by clamps and a flipping mechanism, with the bottle mouth turned downwards. After rinsing with sterile water and draining, the bottle mouth is automatically flipped upwards and transported to the Zhi filling machine by a bottle discharging star wheel. The main structure of the equipment, the parts in contact with the flushing medium, and the external protective cover are all made of good stainless steel materials; Open gear transmission.

b. Filling section:
The filling part realizes the filling of materials into the washed bottles sent by the bottle washing machine.
The filling machine is designed by our company, and the filling valve has independent intellectual property rights. It uses the principle of pressure filling and negative pressure reflux.
The filling valve adopts a pressure filling negative pressure reflux method, which is fast and sensitive to filling, and has high filling liquid level accuracy. There is no spring inside the valve, and the material does not come into contact with the spring, which is beneficial for cleaning the inside of the valve. To ensure the filling process and temperature, the filling valve keeps the material in a micro reflux state when there are no bottles or when the machine is stopped.
The filling cylinder adopts a full cylinder method to ensure stable pressure inside the cylinder.
The whole machine has a complete CIP cleaning interface.
Adopting a dual guide rod bottle lifting structure to ensure stable bottle lifting and alignment.
The main transmission adopts gear transmission and open combination transmission, which has high efficiency, low noise, long service life, easy maintenance, and sufficient lubrication. The main motor speed of the machine is controlled by a frequency converter, and this machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
The bottle guide system has a simple structure and can be quickly and conveniently changed according to the bottle type. The whole machine adopts a bottleneck structure for conveying.
The whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC, and faults such as bottle blockage and missing caps are displayed online.

c. Twisting the lid:
The capping part will be used to screw the caps sorted by the capping machine onto the bottles that have already been filled, and will be transported by the conveyor chain to the subsequent process.
The capping machine drives the rotating disc to rotate through a reducer. Remove the lid from the hopper through the outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a positive and negative lid separation device at the exit. When the reverse lid passes by, it automatically falls into the return pipeline and is blown into the hopper by wind power. Only the front cover can smoothly enter the slide, and the amount of cover in the hopper is automatically detected by a photoelectric switch to control the cover conveying machine, ensuring that the lower cover achieves a good effect. When the cover enters the slide, it can smoothly enter the feeding cover plate. To avoid accidents, an anti reverse cover dial is also installed on the slide to ensure that the cover entering the feeding cover plate is correct. A pair of photoelectric switches are also installed on the slide to immediately stop the host when no cover is detected. In order to remove damaged covers without anti-theft rings and clean the remaining covers of the hopper, there is a movable outlet directly opposite the hopper outlet to meet this function.
The screw cap is a magnetic screw cap with overload protection function, and the screw cap torque is stable and reliable. There is no phenomenon of gnawing, high lid, crooked lid, or curled edge on the cover.
