1、 Paper Supply Department

3. The height of the paper roller can be adjusted, suitable for cardboard thicknesses of 2-8mm.

3、 Counting and Stacking Department

2. The main motor of the technical department is variable frequency speed regulation, with adjustable speed and stable startup.

4. Using a tapping board to hit large cardboard boxes has a correction function with minimal deviation.

5. Counting and pushing are carried out using pneumatic methods and PLC electronic control, with accurate actions.

6. Adopting PLC programming controller and touch screen digital control, it is easy to operate, input data without stopping the machine, and automatically counts.

7. The output section adopts a synchronous compression method of bottom conveyor belt and upper compression belt to ensure that the finished cardboard boxes are firmly adhered and output neatly without displacement.
