Our experienced and proficient team of on-site engineers collaborates with numerous industries, understands all relevant rules and regulatory requirements, addresses on-site and budget challenges, and completes projects on time within budget. We use the most advanced technology, only the highest quality materials, and respond quickly to all customer needs and requirements.
You will find customized conveyors from MIPR in airports, agriculture, aggregates and concrete, commercial fishing, construction, food processing, forestry, mining and quarrying, manufacturing, and more high-pressure industrial environments. Our conveyor system works as hard and as well as we do, because we do the same.
Tilt angle - the degree to which the conveyor tilts from the horizontal direction.
Drive pulley
-The pulley is connected to the power source used to drive the conveyor. Usually, the driving pulley is a head pulley, but in some systems, including many packaging processing conveyors, the driving pulley is located below the conveyor.
Gravity absorption
-A device used to remove slack and stretch on conveyor belts. The free weight is suspended on the pulley on the return side of the belt. As needed, the tightening can be reduced at will to eliminate any slack during belt operation. Gravity absorption is usually located as close as possible to the drive pulley.
Head pulley - the pulley at the discharge end of the belt. The head pulley is usually powered by a conveyor belt drive source. The pulley pulls the belt along the conveyor.
Return idler - When the conveyor belt passes under the conveyor structure, the idler is used to support the conveyor belt.
Rolling bed - free rollers, with the load-bearing side of the belt riding on the rollers.
Screw tightening device - a device using bolt structure, used to extend the conveyor belt to eliminate slack in the conveyor belt. By moving the bolt, the tail pulley is pushed away from the head pulley, thereby eliminating the slack of the belt.
Sliding bed - a smooth and flat surface (usually made of steel or wood) beneath the load-bearing side of the belt.
Snub idler - The idler is used to increase the amount of belt in contact with the pulley or to deflect the belt in different directions. Buffering the belt near the pulley can increase the effective tension of the pulley.
Tail pulley - a pulley used at the beginning of conveyor transportation. The tail pulley is usually idle.
Slotted idlers - Group idlers on the load-bearing side of the conveyor to bend the conveyor belt into a cup-shaped shape, increasing the capacity of the conveyor. Slotted idlers are usually 20 °, 35 °, or 45 °.Skirt rubber - Skirt rubber is mainly used at loading points to guide products to the center of the belt and prevent spillage. With the same day's solutions and emergency transportation, industry-specific insights, and rich experience, New Yongke creates customized solutions
