It should be vertically fixed on the distribution box or wall for easy operation. 2. Instructions for use 2.1 Power transmission Set the power switch of the circuit breaker to the "ON" position, and the "Trip" indicator light will start flashing (indicating a closed waiting state). The electric closing mechanism of the circuit breaker will operate. When the circuit breaker is fully closed, it will be in the normal closed state, and the "Trip" indicator light will turn off. 2.2 Power off Set the circuit breaker [power switch] to the [off] position, trip the circuit breaker, and turn off the main circuit. 2.3 Leakage over limit tripping test: Press the [Test] button, and the circuit breaker should be able to trip. The [Leakage] indicator light will turn on, and the [Trip] indicator light will turn on. After about 5 seconds, the [Trip] indicator light will start flashing (the electric closing mechanism is running and waiting for closing). The electric closing mechanism will complete automatic closing within 20-60 seconds. After the closing is in place, the trip and leakage indicator lights will turn off. 2.4 Setting of leakage action value: Manual adjustment and automatic adjustment can be selected as needed According to the magnitude of the leakage current in the circuit, the leakage action value range of the circuit breaker can be manually set, or the leakage action value can be automatically set to levels I, II, III, and IV. According to different specifications, the leakage current of each gear corresponds to: gear I: 100mA gear II: 300mA gear III: 500mA gear IV: 1000mA. (Optional according to requirements) Press the 【 Set 】 key to set the gear, and continuously press the 【 Set 】 key to cycle between gear I, gear II, gear III, gear IV, and gear III; Press and hold the 【 Settings 】 key for 3 seconds to enter automatic gear setting. When the gear indicator light is constantly on for a certain gear, it is a manually set fixed gear. When the gear indicator light flashes, it is an automatic gear. If the circuit breaker has a gear memory function after shutting down and turning on after a power outage when in a fixed gear, the gear will remain unchanged from the original gear; If it is in automatic mode, the circuit breaker will automatically set the gear according to the leakage of the line after shutting down and turning on after power failure. 2.5 If the circuit breaker trips due to overload or short circuit, it cannot automatically close. The power switch of the circuit breaker needs to be turned off and reconnected before power can be restored. 2.6 The auxiliary power supply used for the internal electronic circuit of this circuit breaker is N and 5 poles. If used for three-phase power protection or specifically for single-phase protection, N poles must be connected to the neutral line and 5 poles must be connected to the phase line. Otherwise, power cannot be transmitted or manually closed without leakage protection. 2.7 When power outages are not allowed or when power must be supplied due to leakage faults in the maintenance line, press and hold the [Alarm] button for about 5 seconds to activate the alarm function. The [Alarm] light will turn on, and at this time, only the [Leakage] indicator light will turn on when the leakage exceeds the limit, without tripping. The use of this feature must be approved by the local power department. After entering the alarm state, press and hold the [Alarm] button for about 5 seconds to restore the leakage tripping function. The 2.8 opening and closing indicator block is used to indicate the opening and closing status of the circuit breaker. When the leakage tripping does not require automatic reclosing function or the internal closing motor is damaged, manual closing can be used. Use an Allen wrench to turn the device clockwise to the closing state and then stop (when the indicator block is "closed"). If manual opening is required, then turn the device clockwise to the opening state and stop. If manual closing is required again, the protector [power switch] must be opened and closed again, and then the device must be turned clockwise to the closed state before stopping. 2.10 The digital display cyclically displays A □□□, B □□□, C □□□, A. □□□, B. □□□, C. □□□, L □□□, and F □□□ as three-phase current value (A), three-phase voltage value (V), leakage current value (mA), and load current control value (A), respectively. Press the [Function] key and the digital display will show the following parameters in sequence: -AA - represents the leakage phase A E005- Refers to 5 cumulative trips H003- Refers to the cumulative number of tripping and locking operations of 3 times R=05- represents an S-shaped breaking time of 0.5S R-05- represents a delay type interruption time of 0.5S D=01- indicates communication address setting 7b=0- indicates surge protection setting 9H=0- indicates phase loss protection setting 2.11 When the circuit breaker trips, the digital display will flash to show fault information a. Leakage fault tripping Display the fault current and tripping phase alternately, while the [leakage] and [tripping] indicator lights are on. Example: If L345 → - AA - is displayed, it indicates that this trip is a leakage trip, with a fault current of 345mA and A-phase leakage. If - Cd - is displayed, it indicates a surge leakage trip. b. Under overvoltage tripping Trip display -9Y - indicates undervoltage tripping, and the 'Trip' light is on at the same time. After the power supply voltage returns to normal, the circuit breaker automatically closes and supplies power. c. Load control trip The digital display flashes and alternately displays the load current values of each phase before tripping, while the [overcurrent] and [trip] lights are on. 2.12 Trip Record Query: Press the [Function] button continuously to make the digital display show EXXX (XX is the number of trips), then hold down the [Function] button for 3 seconds to make the digital display show E=XX, and then press the [Settings] button to display the reason for the most recent trip.
