TY-7006Vulcanizing pressThis machine is equipped with a PLC program to control the color touch screen【There are also regular LED digital regular models available】The human-machine interface operating system can set pressure, temperature, time, and exhaust frequency, display and monitor the vulcanization process, and the set molding program is fully automated, advanced and reliable. The raw materials are placed in the mold and placed on an electric heating plate. Pressure is applied at the rated temperature to shape the raw materials for testing, which serves as the basis for mass production of ingredients in the factory.

PLCThe model adopts a linear voltage regulation module, which adjusts the output voltage proportionally to the control voltage (current) through linear regulation. There is no overheating phenomenon during the heating process, and the temperature accuracy is between ± 2 ℃. After stabilization, it tends to an accuracy of ± 0.3 ℃. The heating device adopts a Y-shaped structure (star mode) to solve the problem of uneven three-phase electrical load caused by conventional manufacturers. The voltage regulation during the heating process maintains the power supply mode, prolongs the service life of the heating device, and improves accuracy.
