1Introduction

5328The type acid-base salt concentration meter is an online industrial analytical instrument, which has the characteristics of full Chinese display, Chinese menu operation, full intelligence, multifunctionality, high measurement performance, and strong environmental adaptability. It can be widely used in industries such as thermal power and chemical engineering, and is suitable for checking the concentration of regeneration solution in the process of producing high-purity water by ion exchange method, or for preparing acid washing solution for boilers and pipelines, and continuously monitoring the concentration of acid, alkali and salt in the liquid.

The transmitter has the ability to display both numbers and characters simultaneously, with a backlit color wide-angle LCD display that can simultaneously display measurement data and setting information. The concise, flexible, and clear menu structure allows you to set various operating parameters of the transmitter through the buttons on the panel. In order to prevent unauthorized personnel from modifying the settings, the menu of the 5328 series is also password protected. The transmitter is configured with two analog outputs and two relay contact outputs to facilitate customer use in the control system.

2Main characteristics

1) Full display in both Chinese and English, user-friendly interface: using high-resolution color LCD display module, all data, status, and operation prompts are displayed in both Chinese and English, without any symbols or codes defined by the manufacturer.

2）Simple menu structure and text-based dialogue: Compared with traditional instruments, the 5328 has added a lot of functions. Due to the use of a categorized menu structure and microcomputer like operation methods, it is clearer and more convenient to use. There is no need to memorize the operation steps and sequence. You can operate according to the prompts on the screen without using the manual.

3）Simultaneous display of multiple parameters: Simultaneously display acid, alkali, salt concentration, output current, temperature, time, and status on one screen.

4) Backlight function: It can be used in dimly lit or completely unlit environments, automatically adjusting (or manually adjusting) the contrast to the clearest according to temperature changes, to meet personal habits.

5) Preventing program crashes: The watchdog program ensures that the instrument does not crash, which is a basic requirement for online instruments.

6) Two calibration methods: automatic calibration with concentrations of 2.00%, 4.00%, 6.00%, 8.00%, and 10.00%, and manual input of electrode coefficients.
