1Introduction
This instrument is mainly used for measuring oil content in surface water, groundwater, and industrial wastewater. It can also be used for monitoring oil content in catering industry flue gas and solids. It is a professional instrument for measuring oil content in water bodies, gases, and solids. It has been widely used in fields such as petrochemicals, hydrology and water conservancy, tap water, sewage treatment plants, thermal power plants, steel enterprises, scientific research and teaching in universities, environmental monitoring, and environmental research.
2Basic Principles of Instruments
When a monochromatic light passes through the measured solution, its energy is absorbed, and the intensity of the absorbed light is proportional to the concentration of the measured substance, in accordance with Lambert Beer's law: A=log (1/T)=log (I0/I)=a × b × c.
3Main characteristics
1) High accuracy: The error of each measurement does not exceed ± 2% (40 mg/L oil substance);
2) Electric modulation light source to improve instrument reliability;
3) Zero point automatic adjustment, automatic adjustment of instrument full-scale value;
4) The instrument uses RS232 or USB2.0 interfaces for easy connection with a computer and is compatible with WinXP, Win7, and Win8 operating systems;
5) It has functions such as mathematical statistics, spectrum display, storage, and printing;
6) Capable of measuring instrument calibration coefficients;
7) The direct reading function with non dispersive measurement results can verify the purity of carbon tetrachloride without the need for conversion;
8) Other non carbon chlorine organic solvents such as S-316, tetrachloroethylene, and trichlorotrifluoroethane can be used as extractants;
