1、 Introduction

In the power industry, it is mainly used to monitor the concentration of the regenerated solution in the ion exchange method for producing high-purity water. It is an essential instrument for producing high-purity water by ion exchange method and can be applied to the detection of various strong electrolytes such as HCl, H2SO4, NaOH, NaCl in industries such as power, chemical, metallurgical, food, and pharmaceutical.

2、 Main features:

This instrument is suitable for checking and verifying the concentration of regeneration solution or boiler pipeline acid washing solution in the process of producing high-purity water by ion exchange method. It adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction to avoid the corrosion, pollution and polarization effects of strong corrosive solutions such as acid and alkali on the electrodes. It can greatly improve the regeneration efficiency of the ion exchanger and avoid accidents such as calcium deposition in the cation bed and silica gel deposition in the anion bed, ensuring the safe and economical operation of the ion exchanger.
