1. Introduction
Compliant with standard: DL/T706; The self ignition point measuring instrument is developed according to the industry standard DL/T706 of the Ministry of Electric Power of China, which is the method for measuring the self ignition point of fire-resistant oil used in power plants. It is used to measure the self ignition point temperature of fire-resistant oil in the speed control system of generators above 30MW. This instrument has high-precision intelligent temperature control, uniform heating, and reasonable layout; High precision, good accuracy, using three-point temperature measurement: bottom center, middle side wall, and upper part. The temperature of the top, middle, and bottom inside the flask is controlled within 1 ℃ to achieve thermal equilibrium inside the container. The ignition point of the fire-resistant oil is observed using a reflective mirror. This instrument has a beautiful appearance, easy testing, and stable and reliable performance.
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the industry standard DL/T706 IEC79-4:95, and is used to measure the minimum temperature at which combustion occurs in the running oil and fire-resistant oil samples in a flask.
