The rapid pesticide residue analyzer adopts the enzyme inhibition rate method and uses national standards to quickly detect pesticide residues in samples. 3、 Instrument principle:
This instrument utilizes organophosphate and carbamate pesticides to inhibit the activity of acetylcholinesterase. Under certain conditions, the inhibition rate depends on the type and content of the pesticide. By measuring the magnitude of inhibition rate, it can be determined whether pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits exceed the standard. The instrument consists of LED light source, colorimetric cell, integrated photoelectric sensor, temperature sensor, microprocessor, and micro printer. It can directly display the content of harmful substances in the tested sample on the LCD screen and print out the analysis results.
