The TSG-150 bearing is a steel based copper plastic composite material designed and processed based on contact mechanics and solid lubrication principles. The diameter of copper spheres is large, and the exposed copper area of the copper plastic composite layer accounts for about 10% of the total area. The material composed in this way, steel plate mainly bears mechanical loads, copper layer is wear-resistant, and the plastic embedded in the gap between copper balls plays a lubricating role. So this material has mechanical strength close to steel, anti-wear ability of copper, and anti friction performance of plastic.
