The TQ-2000 four gas path atmospheric sampler is a conventional instrument for parallel sampling of harmful gases. This instrument uses dual pumps to vertically complete two sets of gas paths, which do not interfere with each other. The circuit is controlled by microcomputer chip technology, which is easy to operate, has high timing accuracy, is sturdy and durable, and is compatible with AC and DC, making timing convenient and fast. Countdown time can be freely selected within the range of 1-99 hours and 59 minutes.

2、 Usage method

1. Sampling: Use a suitable hose to connect the air inlet on the back of the instrument to the sampled load. Press the "OK/Cancel" button on the microcomputer, and the display screen will show "0:00". Then press the "Min" button to select the desired time. The maximum time for this button is 59 minutes. If 59 minutes are not enough, press the "Hour" button again. The maximum time for this button is 99 hours. When the time is selected properly, press the "OK/Cancel" button to start sampling. At the same time as the sampling pump is working, the computer enters a countdown state. When the computer display screen shows' 0:00 ', the host is controlled by the computer program to automatically cut off the power.

To reset or shut down in advance, simply press the "OK/Cancel" button to enter the reset or shutdown mode, and the display screen will show "0:00".

2. Charging: Insert the AC power cord into the 220V AC input terminal of the instrument and the mains power. The instrument is turned off and it takes about 14-16 hours to fully charge (standard charging time). It can work continuously or cumulatively for about 8 hours each time it is fully charged.

The battery voltage indicated by the voltmeter during sampling and the battery voltage during charging. The fully charged voltmeter indicates around 12V.

Attention: When the voltage of the internal battery is below 8V, the battery should be charged. If it is not used for a long time (more than 3 months), it should be recharged to ensure the service life of the high-energy cadmium nickel battery. During the sampling process, a safety bottle should be connected to protect the safety of the air pump and gas circuit.
