TPG type intelligent seasoning spray drying unit adopts high-speed centrifugal mechanism to make the distance of fog particles generated in the atomization of liquid materials short, which can form fine particles. In the heat transfer and heat exchange medium, the fog particles can be dried instantaneously. The unit adopts the combination of rotary cutting air inlet and anti sticking wall air inlet technology, which effectively solves the serious worldwide technical problem of spray drying sticking wall; By adopting dehumidification cooling technology, clean centralized feeding technology, intelligent PLC programming automatic control technology and other new technologies, this unit has reached the advanced level in China.



Working principle of seasoning spray dryer
The seasoning spray dryer is a hot air circulation, parallel flow and centrifugal atomized dryer. The dry medium air is filtered through primary and intermediate air filters, heated by a heater, and enters the top air distributor of the dryer. The hot air enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape. The liquid materials are transported to the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body through the feed liquid pump. Under the centrifugal force, the spray becomes a very fine atomized liquid drop, which flows in parallel with the hot air and can be dried into finished products in a very short time. The finished product is continuously collected by the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the induced draft fan after dust removal.
Due to the fact that the material is thrown out by centrifugal force, the relative size of the droplets is relatively uniform. When the droplets come into contact with hot air, they are dried and become mostly hollow powder. The particle size of the material is relatively uniform, but the particle size of the material is relatively small.

Technical improvement of seasoning spray dryer
(1) This unit adopts a high-speed centrifugal atomizer with a speed of about 16000 revolutions per minute, which can meet the drying and granulation of liquid materials with high solid content.
(2) This unit adopts dehumidification and cooling technology, which can be used for drying and granulation of viscous, oily, heat sensitive, and moisture prone materials.

(5) The machine adopts cyclone cutting air inlet and anti sticking wall sweeping air inlet technology, which solves the worldwide technical problem of spray drying materials sticking to the wall.
(6) This machine can be optionally equipped with infrared temperature measurement and intelligent automatic control technology. Through actual temperature feedback technology, the liquid material conveying volume is automatically adjusted to ensure product quality. The program design, encryption, correction and PLC operation of intelligent automatic control technology effectively improve the accuracy of process parameter execution, ensure product quality and enhance modern production management level.
(7) This machine is convenient for users to use, and according to the actual situation, its heating source can choose electric heating, steam heating, fuel oil, or gas hot blast stove as the heat transfer medium.
(8) This machine adopts anti blocking technology to avoid quality problems such as false agglomeration or bridge structure during material discharge.
