  TJZ Micro Powder Grinding and Grading Machine

It is our company's latest developed ideal equipment for crushing and processing Chinese medicine raw materials to obtain fine powder. The particle size of the material can reach 300 mesh. This unit is capable of crushing various materials with strong fibrous properties.

 Principle of Crushing and Grading:

The material (≤ 6mm) is sent into the crushing chamber under the negative pressure of the fan suction. The crushing chamber consists of three crushing zones. The first crushing zone is the pendulum, which can crush various harder materials such as minerals, leather, and animals; Second crushing zone: swing knife - can crush various fiber materials, roots, whole grass, fruits, fungi, flowers, and others; Third crushing zone: fixed knife - controls particle size by adjusting the gap. The crushed material is transported to the classification chamber by the impeller. Under the action of the grading wheel, a centrifugal force field is generated. Qualified fine powder is moved towards the center of the rotor, sucked away by the induced draft fan, and then collected by components such as the cyclone collector; Coarse particles are returned to the crushing chamber and undergo secondary crushing by the crusher. The material recovery rate is above 99%.

The unit is designed according to the "GMP" standards of pharmaceutical companies, made entirely of stainless steel, and has no dust flying during the crushing process. It can be installed in clean workshops.

This unit is easy to operate, has high production efficiency, and low production costs. Widely used in fields such as pharmaceuticals and food.

This unit can not only be used as a standalone unit, but also can be reasonably configured with the TC fluidized bed supersonic airflow crushing classifier produced by our company to form a fully enclosed linked unit. The material (≤ 6mm) can be directly processed by this system to obtain ultrafine powders of 0.5-40 μ m.

  Technical features:

 1) Wide crushing range - suitable for crushing drugs with different properties

The crushing chamber organically integrates various crushing forms such as impact, shear, and grinding, and is designed with three crushing zones, which can be applied to the processing of materials with different properties. If necessary, the crushing form of the first two crushing zones can be unified.

  2) Fine crushing particle size - the crushing fineness can reach 250 mesh

The main workflow of this equipment for crushing is "pre crushing strong crushing fine powder crushing", and its effectiveness is reliably guaranteed by the structure of each zone in the crushing chamber. 1、 The diameter of the secondary crushing zone gradually increases, and the gap between the fixed teeth on the inner circumference and the rotating crushing blade decreases from large to small. The rotating crushing blade changes from flexible to rigid, and the slope partition between the two crushing zones moderately restricts the flow velocity of the crushed material, effectively ensuring the crushing effect

  3) High crushing output -20-30% higher than the output of similar crushing equipment

Due to the relative separation between the crushing chamber and the grading chamber, the crushed material enters the grading chamber without stopping after being crushed in the crushing chamber. After being "screened" by the grading wheel, the coarse particles return to the crushing chamber. For crushing, each crushing is effective, thereby improving the crushing capacity.

  4) Low crushing temperature -20-30 ℃ lower than the crushing temperature of similar equipment

The crushing process is a heating process. Due to the relative separation between the crushing chamber and the grading chamber, "over crushing" is avoided, which means "overheating" is avoided, thus reducing the crushing temperature

  5) Non sieving grading - using grading wheels for grading to avoid difficulties in sieving.

The specially designed grading chamber and vertical grading wheel with variable frequency speed regulation do not require a sieve, and can adjust the product particle size infinitely at low speeds. The cyclic feeding structure strictly limits the "large particles" and avoids over crushing, resulting in a narrow particle size distribution and uniform particle size of the product; Avoiding the difficulty of sieving powders with a mesh size of 150 or more.

  6) Negative pressure operation

The entire system is fully enclosed and operates under negative pressure, effectively eliminating heat from the crushing chamber and system, and preventing powder leakage during the crushing process. There is no environmental pollution and low noise

 7) Full process automatic control

The entire process of the system is controlled by PLC program, especially according to the usage load of the crushing motor, the feeding speed is uniformly adjusted to ensure the uniformity of the crushing particle size.

  8) Independent air intake and exhaust system

The required air volume for this system adopts an independent air intake configuration, and the air source is purified. Do not disrupt the air balance in the purification workshop. The dust emission from exhaust is ≤ 50mg/nm3, far below the national standard. Can be directly discharged into the air

  9) Compliant with GMP requirements

The main channel for crushing materials in this system is a circular tube structure, which adopts bolted, seamless, and clamp connection forms, with no dead corners, reliable sealing, low noise, and simple disassembly, assembly, and maintenance. Develop a traditional Chinese medicine grinding system that meets GMP requirements.

  10) Long service life of vulnerable parts

The vulnerable parts of the system are made of impact resistant high-speed tool steel and undergo comprehensive heat treatment. The service life is 2-3 times longer than that of similar products.
