TJG Traditional Chinese Medicine Extract Dust free Grinding and Grading System
It is a specialized dust-free crushing and grading equipment developed by our company to obtain fine powder of traditional Chinese medicine extract. The particle size of the material can reach 80-200 mesh. Solved the "three sticking" phenomenon in paste crushing, namely: continuous crushing non stick machine, non stick "sieve" grading without sieve, separated mobile phone, and less sticky material in cloth bag. The yield of fine powder extract is greater than 98%. Dust free crushing, can be directly installed in clean rooms.
Structural composition:
1. For paste blocks larger than 6mm x 6mm
Standard configuration: Automatic feeder with crushing device, crusher, classifier, cyclone collector, isolation collector, induced draft fan, independent air intake system, control system.
Auxiliary equipment: Air compressor (to be provided by the customer)
2. For paste blocks smaller than 6mm x 6mm
Standard configuration: The feeding machine does not include a crushing device, and other configurations are the same as the above.
Crushing and grading process:
Fill the paste blocks with a diameter of ≥ 6mm into an automatic feeding machine equipped with a crushing device. After crushing to ≤ 6mm, they are directly sent to the TJG crushing chamber, which is composed of a fixed gear ring and a movable swing knife. During crushing, the swing knife rotates at high speed to impact and shear the material, causing it to be crushed. The particle size of the crushed material can be adjusted by the grading wheel of the classifier. The crushed material enters the grading chamber and generates a centrifugal force field under the high-speed rotation of the grading wheel. Qualified fine powder is moved towards the center of the rotor, sucked away by the induced draft fan, and then collected by components such as the cyclone collector; Coarse particles are returned to the crushing chamber and undergo secondary crushing by the crusher. The material recovery rate is above 98%.
