A brief description
The TJF multifunctional crusher utilizes the high-speed relative motion between the movable cutting tool and the fixed toothed disc to achieve crushing of the crushed material through a combination of tooth impact, friction, and material impact with each other. The structure of this machine is simple, sturdy, runs smoothly, and has good crushing effect. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main machine, and the particle size can be obtained by replacing different aperture mesh screens. In addition, the machine is made of all stainless steel. The inner wall of the casing has been machined to achieve a smooth surface, changing the previous rough and powdery phenomenon of the inner wall of the model, making the production of drugs, food, chemicals, etc. more in line with national standards and meeting GMP requirements.
Secondary use
TJF crusher is suitable for crushing various varieties and small batches of Chinese herbal medicines, precious herbs, ores, chemical raw materials in pharmaceutical, agricultural, food, chemical, alloy, metallurgical, geological, scientific research and other units. Its powder collection room adopts a fully enclosed soundproofing structure, which can effectively reduce working noise. The machine is equipped with a cooling device to lower the temperature and ensure smoother operation. The motor speed of this machine is 5000 revolutions per minute. This machine is made of Icr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material, which has strong wear and corrosion resistance characteristics and is suitable for processing high-grade and corrosive materials. This machine adopts the impact crushing method. After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is impacted by six high-speed rotating movable hammers, and is crushed by the collision between the gear ring and the material. With the help of airflow, the crushed material enters the powder bag through the sieve holes without leaving any residue. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, reliable work performance and product quality, safe operation, low drug hygiene and loss.

Configuration instructions for TJF devices
1. This device is designed based on the URS proposed by your company. There are two types: with dust removal and without dust removal.
2. The equipment is made entirely of 304 or 316L stainless steel, with a vertical structure. The motor is located in the crusher base below the crushing chamber, and the crusher base is fully enclosed with stainless steel.
3. The inlet is a disc-shaped or square detachable feeding bucket, and the connection method is quick loading connection.
4. The fixed crushing device gear ring is a segmented structure, consisting of one section of toothed plate and one section of sieve plate
5. The rotating crushing device is a swinging knife, which can be replaced with a swinging hammer according to the material needs

1、 Usage method
1. After the machine is in place, it must be placed steadily.
2. Before testing, the interior of the machine should be cleaned and the front cover should be locked with a star shaped handle.
3. After connecting the power supply, pay attention to the sequence and rotate the spindle in the direction shown.
4. During the test drive, attention should be paid to whether there is any abnormal noise from the machine, in order to stop and check in a timely manner.
5. Install a discharge bucket at the outlet of the cyclone collector.
2、 Precautions for use
1. The machine should be placed in a relatively stable place (adjustable feet can be used to adjust the level), and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry, and ventilated.
2. The rotation direction of the motor must be in the direction indicated by the arrow on the casing.
3. Before starting up, it is necessary to check whether there are any impurities in the host chamber. Before crushing the materials, they must be inspected and no impurities are allowed to mix in the materials.
4. Regularly check whether the fixing nuts of the movable gear disc are loose and all fastening components must not be loose. Especially check the screws inside the fixed gear plate.
5. Lubrication: In places where oil cups are installed, appropriate lubricating oil should be injected before starting up. For continuous operation, the number of refills should be increased appropriately. When the actual working hours reach 300 hours, it is necessary to maintain the spindle bearing chamber, clean it, and replace it with new lubricating oil.
6. When replacing vulnerable parts and rolling bearings, pay attention to using the process screw holes, and operate them by a skilled mechanic familiar with the machine. If the user encounters difficulties in operation, they should contact our factory in a timely manner and not dismantle it randomly.
Three operational methods
1. Rotate the handwheel until it becomes loose to a certain extent, then gently push it to the left to open the door cover of the crushing chamber.
2. Loosen the fixing screws of the crushing chamber, remove the ring gear, take out the sieve plate, replace it with a suitable sieve plate, and install the ring gear.
3. Close the door cover of the crushing chamber and tighten the fixing screws of the crushing chamber.
4. Install and fix the feeding bucket with the hanging neck nut below the cyclone collector, and open the cyclone collection butterfly valve.

4、 Operation and precautions
1. Before use, check whether all fasteners of the machine are tightened and whether the belt is tensioned.
2. The direction of spindle operation must conform to the arrow direction indicated on the protective cover, otherwise it will damage the machine and may cause personal injury.
3. Check if the electrical appliances are complete.
4. Check if there are any hard objects such as metal in the crushing room of the machine, otherwise it may damage the cutting tools and affect the operation of the machine.
5. Before crushing, the purity of the material must be checked, and no metal or hard impurities are allowed to mix in, in order to avoid damaging the cutting tool or causing accidents such as combustion.
6. The oil cup on the machine should be regularly filled with lubricating oil to ensure normal operation of the machine.
7. Stop adding materials before stopping the machine. If not in use, remove any remaining debris inside the machine.
8. Regularly check whether the cutting tools and mesh are damaged, and replace them immediately if they are damaged.
9. There may be slight vibrations during use, so be sure to tighten the handle connecting the hood to avoid accidents.

6、 Common troubleshooting solutions
TJF crusher is blocked
TJF crusher blockage is one of the common faults in the use of crushers, which may be caused by problems in the design of the equipment, but more often due to improper use and operation.
(a) The feeding speed is too fast, causing an increase in load and resulting in blockage. During the feeding process, always pay attention to the large deflection angle of the ammeter pointer. If it exceeds the rated current, it indicates that the motor is overloaded. Prolonged overload may burn out the motor. If this situation occurs, the feeding door should be immediately reduced or closed, and the feeding method can also be changed by increasing the feeder to control the feeding amount. There are two types of feeders: manual and automatic. Users should choose the appropriate feeder according to their actual situation. Due to the high speed, large load, and strong fluctuation of the load of TJF crusher. So, the current during the operation of the crusher is generally controlled at around 85% of the rated current.
(b) If the discharge pipeline is not smooth or blocked and the feeding is too fast, it will cause the TJF crusher air outlet to be blocked; Improper matching with conveying equipment can result in weakened air flow or blockage of the discharge pipeline when there is no air. After identifying the malfunction, the mismatched conveying equipment should be cleared first, and the feeding amount should be adjusted to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
(c) Hammer fragments, aging, closed and broken sieve holes, and high moisture content in crushed materials can all cause blockage of the TJF crusher. Broken and severely aged hammer blades should be regularly updated to maintain the good working condition of the crusher, and the sieve should be checked regularly. The moisture content of the crushed material should be less than 14%. This can improve production efficiency and prevent blockage of the TJF crusher, enhancing the reliability of the crusher's operation.
