The steel ball rolls along four rows of precision ground rolling surfaces on the LM track and LM slider; By assembling the end cover plate on the LM slider, the steel ball column is cyclically moved.
The R-shaped circular arc rolling guide, which can achieve high-precision circular arc motion, adopts the HSR type of 4-direction equal load LM rolling guide with rich practical performance as its basic structure. It is a product developed using a new concept.
Design Freedom
Multiple LM slider parts can move separately on the same guide rail, as long as the LM slider is configured at the load point, an economically reasonable structural design can be achieved.
Shorten assembly time
Compared with circular motion using sliding guide devices and needle roller cam guides, R-shaped circular arc rolling guides can achieve high-precision motion without gaps. The LM track and LM slider only need to be installed with bolts, so assembly is quite simple.
Can achieve circular motion of over 5m
It can perform circular arc movements of more than 5 meters that are impossible to achieve with rotating bearings. At the same time, the device for achieving this circular motion is very easy to assemble, disassemble, and reassemble.
Can bear loads in all directions
Due to the use of HSR type as the basic structure, it can bear loads in all directions.
