Overview and purpose

The TH-30C semi-automatic ultrasonic filling and sealing machine is a newly upgraded semi-automatic filling and sealing machine developed by our company based on years of experience in designing and manufacturing sealing machines. Utilizing Taiwanese technology cam indexing mechanism to drive a rotating disc with fixtures for intermittent motion, completing a series of functions such as automatic benchmarking, high-precision filling, ultrasonic tail sealing, coding, edge cutting, and finished product exit. Accurate filling measurement, stable and adjustable heating time, beautiful, neat, firm, and hygienic sealing appearance. Cut the edges flat. The machine is equipped with 10 workstations, and except for manual pipe feeding (our company has fully automatic pipe feeding optional), all other tasks can be completed automatically. The whole machine runs smoothly and reliably, without noise or other pollution.

The whole machine is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel (316L optional) for all materials and related parts that come into contact with it. Quick change devices are used for parts that need to be cleaned, making it easy to disassemble and clean. For certain materials that require heating insulation, a heating constant temperature device can be installed on the outside of the material barrel. Any material that uses plastic pipes and composite pipes as packaging materials can use this machine with confidence. It is an excellent product selected for the cosmetics industry, pharmaceutical industry, adhesive industry, shoe polish industry, and other related industries.
