Working Principle:
The instrument adopts a dedicated chromatographic column combination, central cutting and blowback technology, and hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) technology for the detection of methane and non methane total hydrocarbons. After the sample is collected into the quantitative loop, switch the injection valve and separate it into the chromatographic column under the drive of the carrier gas. One of the total hydrocarbons is obtained by entering the FID detector, while the other oxygen and methane are separated from the PQ chromatographic column and enter the 5A chromatographic column. After switching the valve position, the hydrocarbons are blown back, and methane is detected by the FID detector.
Instrument features:
Adopting the patented technology of center cutting and back blowing, in compliance with the standard HJ/T38-1999, directly measuring methane and non methane total hydrocarbons;
Using a dedicated chromatographic column combination, the sample is kept at 180 ℃ for insulation. Peak within 30 seconds, no residue, high sensitivity;
The instrument has a power on self-test function, gas cut-off protection function, short-term automatic restart function, and alarm function to ensure system safety and stability;
The FID detector has automatic ignition function and wide range output, with a linear range of 10-7;
Using automatic electronic flow control technology (EPC) to control carrier gas, air, and hydrogen, with high precision (0.01psi), good repeatability and reproducibility;
The core components are all made of internationally renowned brands, with high reliability and long service life.
Application fields:
Online monitoring of environmental air or online monitoring of emission outlets or factory boundaries in scientific research, petrochemicals, spraying, printing, etc.
