Product Introduction
TG328B Optical Analysis Balance
Analytical balance is a commonly used analytical instrument in laboratories and other places in recent years. It has a wide range of applications, with advantages such as high accuracy, good stability, and advanced functions. Analytical scales are relatively precise, so patience and meticulousness are required during use and maintenance. A slight mistake can easily cause minor malfunctions, affecting weighing results and service life. Below, we will introduce the operating procedures and precautions for analytical scales, hoping to be helpful to everyone.
Operating procedures for analytical scales:
1. Check if the balance is level, observe the level, if the water bubble on the level is offset, adjust the level adjustment foot to make the level at the center of the level.
2. Open the side doors on both sides for 5-10 minutes to balance the humidity and temperature inside and outside the balance, avoiding changes in the displayed values caused by differences in humidity and temperature inside and outside the balance cover. Close the side doors properly.
3. Check if the balance pan is clean. If there is dust, use a brush to clean it.
4. Turn on the power, preheat for one hour, and then turn on the monitor.
5. Select the weighing mode and perform weighing.
6. Press the TAR key to display the zero layer, place the object on the disk, and wait for the number to stabilize (after the "0" symbol on the left side of the display goes out). This number is the mass value of the object being weighed.
7. After weighing, take out the object to be weighed, close the balance door, turn off the monitor, cover with a dust cover, and register.
Precautions for using analytical balance:
1. The balance should be used with care. The weighing plate and shell should be gently wiped with a soft cloth and toothpaste, and strong solvents should not be used for wiping.
2. Do not weigh items that are too cold or too hot on a balance. Instead, wait for the temperature of the object and the balance chamber to increase before weighing.
3. Silicone desiccant should be placed inside the balance frame, and it should be dried promptly after the blue color of the desiccant disappears.
4. If the balance is not used for a long time, the power cord should be disconnected.
5. After weighing, promptly remove the weighed item and keep the balance clean.
6. The load capacity of the balance should not exceed the maximum load, and the weighed object should be weighed in a dry and clean container.
