The YCJ-6R TFT-LCD liquid crystal detection DIC microscope is the latest FPD inspection microscope for remote detection, specifically designed for the LCD industry/TFT glass/COG conductive particle indentation and particle explosion inspection.
Differential interference objective lenses can obtain clear and flat differential interference microscopy images from low to high magnification. Users only need to insert a DIC prism on the basis of orthogonal polarization to perform bright field DIC differential interference observation. By using DIC technology, small height differences on the surface of objects can produce a noticeable relief effect, greatly improving the contrast of the image. At the same time, it is also possible to achieve dark field observation without replacing the dark field objective lens, which is convenient to operate and saves the cost of purchasing another dark field objective lens.
