TFC type volume correction instrument

TFC type volume correction instrument is a high-precision intelligent secondary instrument that is matched with gas flow meters (or sensors). The models include TFC-B type, TFC-G type, and TFC-V type. Using high-precision digital temperature sensors and digital pressure sensors with local pressure and temperature detection displays, the input pulse signals are converted into operating flow rates and accumulated. At the same time, for different measured media (natural gas, coal gas, air, oxygen, nitrogen, etc.), the operating flow rates and total amounts can be converted into volumetric flow rates and total amounts under standard conditions according to corresponding mathematical models.

The correction device is embedded with wireless communication modules such as GPRS and short-range wireless, which can form various forms of wireless communication networks. It also has multiple signal output interfaces, making it easy to connect with other secondary instruments or computers to form a network management system.

The correction instrument has complete functions of recording and querying operational data and events, and is an ideal supporting instrument for gas flow meters in industries such as urban gas, petroleum, chemical, and metallurgy.
