    Product Overview:

    The TESN-900L sulfur and nitrogen analyzer is an advanced sulfur/nitrogen synchronous analyzer in China that achieves fully automatic sampling. It is widely used to detect the sulfur/nitrogen content in liquid, solid, or gas samples. The total sulfur content is determined by UV fluorescence method and the total nitrogen content is determined by chemiluminescence method. Imported components are used in key parts of the system, ensuring reliable performance of the entire machine. The instrument is widely used in departments such as petroleum and petrochemicals, import and export commodity inspection, biopharmaceuticals, environmental protection, health education, and scientific research. The instrument is suitable for measuring the total sulfur/nitrogen content of paraffin oil, diesel, kerosene, gasoline, lubricating oil, fuel oil, liquefied gas and natural gas, as well as other oil products, chemical raw materials and finished products.

    Instrument features:

    1. The optical path detection part adopts a new structure and coating method, and uses trace optical detection elements to achieve new heights in trace detection

    2. The gas path has undergone silicon passivation treatment, which makes it super inert to active substances such as sulfur, eliminating the adsorption of samples in the pipeline

    3. The host part of the instrument is imported with original equipment, making the detection limit comparable to imported products

    5. Ozone and UV lamps can be set to sleep mode to extend their lifespan

    6. Workstation controls heating and cooling temperatures, simple and convenient, accurate temperature control

    7. The gas is controlled by a mass flow meter, with precise pressure measurement and alarms for gas leaks and blockages

    8. The peak shape can be enlarged and reduced as needed, and the database can be automatically saved for easy retrieval and printing of peak data at any time

    9. No need for manual planting, the sample is automatically injected. The fully automatic sampler adopts a 5.0-inch visual human-machine interactive touch interface (22 digits), which can expand the 156 digit sample disk. The time reproducibility of synchronous injection is less than 1/1000 second (the fully automatic liquid sampler is optional)

    10. The detector adopts a three proof design, which is waterproof, leak proof, and leak proof. It is sealed and cooled, and tested in a constant temperature environment to ensure zero data drift
