TD type vertical hoist is a new type of vertical vibration conveying equipment, which can transport solid materials in granular, block, and powder forms (with low viscosity). Widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, machinery, building materials, chemical engineering, rubber, medicine, electricity, grain, and food to lift solid materials in the form of blocks, powders, and short fibers, vertical elevators can not only lift materials upwards, but also complete drying and cooling of materials. Separate groove type and closed type structures, and design screening elevators for material particle grading and elevators for flammable and explosive materials according to different process requirements.
Working principle of TD type vertical hoist:
The driving device of the TD type vertical hoist, the vibration motor, is installed at the lower part of the conveying tower. Two vibration motors are symmetrically and cross installed. The conveying tower consists of a pipe body and a spiral conveying groove welded around the pipe body. The conveying tower is mounted on a vibration reduction device, which is composed of a base and an isolation spring. When the vertical conveyor is working, according to the self synchronization principle of the dual vibration motor, the vibration motor generates excitation force, forcing the entire conveyor tower to undergo a spatial composite vibration of horizontal circular motion and upward vertical motion. The material in the spiral groove is then subjected to the action of the conveyor groove, making a uniform throwing circular motion and moving upward along the conveyor groove, thus completing the upward (or downward) conveying operation of the material.
The main features of TD type vertical hoist are:
1. The return of the shelf during the operation of the TD type vertical hoist does not occupy the working cycle, and is not affected by the conveying speed.
2. Only cargo can be transported, and the material has a smaller size limit.
3. The load-bearing range is large, up to 2000Kg.
4. Used in conjunction with the entrance and exit conveying equipment, the conveying process is automated, avoiding instability caused by manual operation.
