The TCM1-100 series residual current circuit breaker is a new type of residual current circuit breaker developed by our company based on advanced international technology. The product has a beautiful appearance, small size, and high performance, and is an updated product for intermediate residual current protection.


This product complies with the GB14048.2-2001 standard.


This product is suitable for use as leakage protection in distribution lines with rated voltage of 220/380V and rated current of 63/100/225A, to prevent equipment accidents or electrical fires caused by this. It can also be used to provide indirect contact protection against personal electric shock hazards. And it can be used to protect circuits and equipment from damage caused by overload, short circuit and other faults.


It can be used as intermediate protection for power lines or as end protection for small and medium-sized enterprises and single machines.

1. Working conditions

2. Installation

(1) Wiring:

This product must be installed vertically and suitable wires should be selected to connect with copper joints and residual current circuit breakers. The upper end of the residual current circuit breaker is the power input terminal, and the lower end is the load terminal. The neutral wire (neutral wire) must be connected to the N terminal.

(2) Power on

After the power is turned on, the indicator light displays red or green, with red indicating the open state and green indicating the closed state.

(3) Adjust

The toggle switch on the residual current circuit breaker can be used to select the residual current action value (leakage action value).

(4) Experiment

Press the yellow test button, the residual current circuit breaker should trip, otherwise it indicates a fault in the residual current circuit breaker. According to the regulations, users are required to press the test button at least once a month for testing.

(5) Precautions

A. This product has no protective effect against leakage and electric shock between phase lines, neutral lines, and phase lines.

B. The neutral wire after the residual current circuit breaker shall not be repeatedly grounded, and no wire of the protected circuit shall be mixed with other circuits.

C. The protective grounding of the original electrical equipment must be removed and replaced with protective grounding
