T40H type rotary control valve
1、 Mainly composed of valve body, valve seat, valve disc, valve stem, valve cover, indicator plate, etc.
2、 The flow regulation of the valve is achieved by the relative rotation of the cylindrical valve disc and seat to change the window area on the valve disc.
3、 The opening and closing range of the valve. The switch range indicated by the opening indicator board above the valve is consistent with the switch range of the valve.
4、 The rotary control valve is operated through a remote controller with a rotary angle of 60 ℃.

Storage, installation, and usage precautions
1. This valve should be stored in a dry room, and both ends of the passage must be blocked. Do not stack or store.
2. Regulating valves stored for a long time should be regularly inspected to remove dirt, and rust proof oil should be applied to all moving parts and processing surfaces to prevent rusting.
3. This valve should be installed on a horizontal pipeline and must be installed vertically. The valve stem is facing upwards.
4. Installation must be carried out according to the flow direction of the medium indicated by the arrow in the diagram.
