Overall design:

The overall structure of the station building adopts a skeleton assembly structure, which is welded from 50 * 50mm square steel. The outer skin is made of 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel, and the inner skin is made of 0.5mm thick purified color steel plate. The middle is filled with flame-retardant polyethylene insulation material, stainless steel anti rust safety lock, and the overall downward pressure door handle.

The heat transfer coefficient of the color steel plate is 0.38kcal/m2h ℃. The spraying process of the color steel plate is as follows: the bottom layer is made of epoxy resin, and the topcoat is made of polyester and silicon modified polyester technology. The inserted assembly structure is used between the plates, which has sufficient strength and prevents water leakage.

The intermediate insulation layer adopts flame-retardant insulation material (the intermediate insulation layer is flame-retardant polystyrene), with a thickness of 100mm, a sound insulation volume of 20dB, and excellent insulation effect.

The door is installed with a stainless steel standard anti-theft door structure, which is safe, beautiful, sealed, and has excellent insulation performance.

The interior of the station building adopts glass partitions, and the visiting passage can be designed according to the actual situation.

The power system is equipped with a distribution cabinet and an intelligent regulated power supply system.

The bottom of the station building is surrounded by channel steel assembly structure, which is sturdy, reliable and other characteristics.
