1) Selection of installation environment for sulfuric acid integrated electromagnetic flowmeter:

It is advisable to stay away from equipment with strong electromagnetic fields, such as large motors, transformers, and frequency converters.

The installation site should not have strong vibrations, the pipeline should be securely fixed, and the ambient temperature should not change significantly.

The installation environment should be easy to install and maintain.

2) Selection of installation location for sulfuric acid integrated electromagnetic flowmeter:

The installation position must ensure that the pipeline is always filled with the measured liquid. Choose a location with low liquid flow pulses, which should be away from local resistance components such as pumps, valves, and elbows. When measuring biphasic (solid, liquid, gas, liquid) liquids, a location that is not prone to phase separation should be selected. The inner diameter or circumference of the tested pipeline should be easy to measure, and the ellipticity should be small.

3) The length of the straight pipe section of the sulfuric acid integrated electromagnetic flowmeter: The length of the straight pipe section on the upstream side of the sensor installation pipeline should be greater than or equal to 10D, and the length on the downstream side should not be less than 5D (D is the diameter of the measured pipeline).

4) Flow control valves and regulating valves:

The flow control valve should be installed in the measured pipeline upstream of the sensor, and the flow control valve should be installed downstream of the sensor.

When it comes to flow, the flow control valve should usually be fully open.

There are no moving parts or resistance parts inside the measuring tube, no pressure loss, no blockage, reliable measurement, strong anti-interference ability, small size, light weight, easy installation, small maintenance, wide measurement range, and the measurement is not affected by changes in fluid temperature, density, pressure, viscosity, conductivity, etc. It can be retrofitted and installed on old pipelines, with simple construction and installation, small engineering quantity, and low cost and installation cost compared to general electromagnetic flow meters. It is particularly suitable for measuring flow in large and medium-sized pipelines using advanced processing technology, solid-state packaging, long service life, and good measurement accuracy and stability of the instrument
