Material Description:
Sulfuric acid (chemical formula: H2SO4) is an important oxygen-containing acid of sulfur. Anhydrous sulfuric acid is a colorless oily liquid that crystallizes at 10.36 ℃. Various concentrations of its aqueous solution are commonly used to prepare it using tower and contact methods. The former produces crude dilute sulfuric acid, with a mass fraction generally around 75%; The latter can obtain pure concentrated sulfuric acid with a mass fraction of 98.3%, boiling point of 338 ℃, and relative density of 1.84.
Sulfuric acid is a lively binary inorganic strong acid that can react with many metals. High concentration sulfuric acid has strong water absorption and can be used as a dehydrating agent to carbonize carbohydrate containing substances such as wood, paper, cotton and linen fabrics, and biological skin. When mixed with water, a large amount of heat energy is also released. It has strong corrosiveness and oxidizing properties, so it should be used with caution. It is an important industrial raw material that can be used to manufacture fertilizers, drugs, explosives, pigments, detergents, batteries, etc. It is also widely used in industries such as petroleum purification, metal smelting, and dyes. Commonly used as a chemical reagent, it can be used as a dehydrating agent and sulfonating agent in organic synthesis.
Spray drying is widely used in liquid forming and drying industries. It is suitable for generating powder and granular solid products from solution, lotion, suspension and paste liquid raw materials. Therefore, spray drying is a very ideal process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet accurate standards.
After filtering and heating, the air enters the top air distributor of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the tower body, and (rotating) spray into extremely fine mist like liquid beads, which can be dried into finished products in a very short time in parallel with hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
1. The drying speed is fast, the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization, and 95% -98% of the moisture can be evaporated instantly in the hot air flow. It only takes 5-15 seconds to complete the drying process and has the characteristic of instantaneous drying.
2. The material completes the drying process in a short period of time, which is suitable for drying heat sensitive materials and can maintain the color, aroma, and taste of the material.
3. The special air distribution device reduces equipment resistance and effectively provides a processing air outlet for the dryer.
4. The product has good dispersibility, fluidity, and solubility. The particle size, looseness, and moisture content of the product can be adjusted within a certain range.
5. The production process is simplified and suitable for continuous control of production. For liquids with a moisture content of 40-90%, they can be dried into powder in one go, reducing crushing, screening and other processes to improve product purity.
