1. This series of roller sand making machines mainly consists of rollers, roller support bearings, clamping and adjusting devices, and driving devices.

2. Adjustment of discharge particle size: A wedge-shaped or shim adjustment device is installed between the two rollers, and the top of the wedge-shaped device is equipped with an adjustment bolt. When the adjustment bolt pulls up the wedge block, the wedge block pushes the movable roller wheel away from the fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two rollers increases, and the discharge particle size increases. When the wedge block is lowered, the gap between the two rollers of the movable roller wheel decreases under the action of the compression spring, and the discharge particle size decreases. The gasket device adjusts the particle size of the discharge by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of gaskets. When adding gaskets, the gap between the two rollers increases, and when reducing gaskets, the gap between the two rollers decreases, resulting in a smaller discharge particle size.

3. The driving mechanism is composed of two electric motors, which are transmitted to the pulley through a V-belt to drag the rollers and rotate them in opposite directions. When crushing materials, the materials are crushed through rollers from the feeding port, and the crushed products are discharged from under the chassis.

Each stick of the roller sand making machine is driven by a separate motor. There is also a method of using a motor to drive a fixed bearing stick through a belt drive. The other end of the roller shaft of the fixed bearing is equipped with a gear, which drives the movable stick through the gear. Due to changes in material properties causing the movable stick to move left and right, the gear tooth height must be increased to prevent disengagement. So, traditional roller crushers use long toothed gear transmission, which allows for changing the center distance between the two rollers during operation without breaking the meshing characteristics.

The working surface of the roller depends on the usage requirements and can be selected as smooth surface, tooth surface or groove surface. If crushing hard and abrasive materials, smooth rollers can be used. Because the smooth roller mainly crushes and grinds materials, it is mainly suitable for the medium and fine crushing of medium hard materials.

In order to obtain products of different particle sizes, the discharge port size of the roller sand making machine must be adjustable. In order to prevent iron damage to the sand making machine, a safety device must be installed. The movable roller shaft of the roller sand making machine is supported by spring pressure. Under normal working conditions, the spring force is sufficient to overcome the crushing force required for crushing materials. Different thicknesses of gaskets are placed between the frame and the movable bearing. By changing the number of gaskets, the width of the discharge port between the two rollers can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different product particle sizes. When materials that cannot be crushed enter the crushing chamber, the spring is compressed, and the movable roller retreats to increase the discharge port. After the materials are discharged, the movable roller returns to its original position under the pressure of the spring. This is the mechanical discharge port adjustment and overload protection device (safety device).
