1、 Overview:
Our company's scientific research and technical personnel have found in long-term engineering practice that most of the oily wastewater in China currently contains a large amount of floating and suspended solids, and some even contain a large amount of impurities such as sediment and leftover food. In this case, the probes and solenoid valves used for automatic oil discharge in intelligent oil-water separators often fail, and even block the solenoid valves. To this end, our company has organized scientific research and technical personnel to conduct technical research and development. Through repeated experiments and bold practice, we have developed a new generation of WYF type unpowered oil-water separator that is suitable for China's national conditions. This completely realizes that no electricity is needed, and only regular oil discharge is needed, thus saving investment, reducing operating costs and maintenance costs. It is particularly suitable for places with small drainage volume, high oil and impurity content such as the catering industry.
2、 Scope of application:
It can be widely used for the treatment of wastewater containing animal and vegetable oil in hotels, restaurants, canteens, food processing plants and other industrial wastewater containing mineral oil in oil fields, petrochemical industry, ships, gas stations, machinery processing and manufacturing, as well as coking. It can also be used together with other water treatment devices.
3、 Working principle:
If oily wastewater is discharged directly into urban drainage pipelines without treatment, it will form so-called "gutter oil", which will have an impact on drainage equipment and urban sewage treatment plants. The oil concentration of mixed sewage flowing into biological treatment structures should not exceed 30-50mg/L, otherwise it will directly affect the normal metabolism process of activated sludge and biofilm. This product uses natural float separation to remove floatable oil and partially dispersed oil from oily wastewater under the action of gravity, taking advantage of the difference in oil-water density. Through clever design of the internal structure of the product, based on the shallow pool sedimentation theory, the principle of separation of opposite flow and the dialectical relationship between turbulent flow and laminar flow, the flow velocity of sewage passing through the oil-water separator is reduced, the water flow is downward, and the oil droplets float upward. Practice has shown that this product can remove more than 90% of floatable oil with a particle size of 60um or more, and the content of animal and vegetable oil in the discharged sewage is lower than the third level standard (100mg/L) in the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996), and even up to the second level standard (15mg/L).
4、 Product features:
1. High technical content: Due to the use of shallow pool sedimentation theory, as well as the principles of anisotropic flow separation and turbulent boundary layer, the separation surface per unit pool capacity has been increased, greatly improving the effect of oil-water separation, shortening the residence time of wastewater, greatly reducing equipment volume, and saving land occupation and cost.
2. No electricity, no power, cost saving: easily achieve oil-water separation by only utilizing the liquid level difference formed when sewage flows through the device. This product has many unique features in terms of process principle and structural design, making it reliable in operation, small in size, and extremely long in service life. No reagents or drugs need to be added, and there is no secondary pollution.
3. Installation and maintenance are simple and convenient: simply connect the inlet and outlet pipes to use it. It can be easily installed under the vegetable washing basin, pot brush basin, and stove, without the need for dedicated personnel to operate and maintain it. Only regular oil drainage is required.
4. Suitable for all types of oil, with unlimited oil concentration: it can be widely used in wastewater treatment projects containing natural petroleum and petroleum products, tar and tar fractions, animal and vegetable oils, and lanolin, especially suitable for the treatment of oily wastewater in the catering industry.
