The early on-site steel strip level gauges will be replaced with radar level gauges, and the signals will be introduced into the cabinet room of the light oil tank area. The DCS system of the light oil tank area, which has been in use for many years, will also be upgraded in terms of software and hardware; The optical level gauges for the 9 storage tanks in the lubricating oil tank area are introduced into the DCS system of the blending tank area through communication, and the liquid level, temperature and other parameters of the storage tanks are displayed on the DCS; Unified replacement of instruments with long service life and outdated technical level.
At the same time, communication optical cables are laid using both overhead and underground methods. Four instrument control rooms are merged into the central control room of the storage and transportation workshop through optical fibers, and the control system is transformed into a DCS+industrial computer structure. The liquid level parameters, temperature, pressure parameters, valve operation, and feedback of 101 storage tanks are all centrally monitored on the computer, achieving centralized control of integrated management and control.
Through this renovation, not only has the level of instrument automation control been effectively improved to meet production needs, but also the safety risks that existed during the original decentralized control have been eliminated, reducing the labor intensity of operators
