This machine is a testing machine specified in the "Wear Strength A Method" of the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS L 1096 "General Textile Testing Methods". A testing machine mainly used for testing and evaluating the wear resistance of textiles in their flat state, crease state, and bending state.

By assembling various instruments on the test bench, various tests on flat wear resistance, crease wear resistance, and bending wear resistance can be conducted.
<Plane Wear Resistance Test>The test piece installed on the rotating test bench is rubbed by the friction paper installed on the pressure plate with a pressure load. The wear resistance performance is evaluated based on the number of frictions when the test piece is damaged.
<Bending Wear Resistance Test>Insert a bent metal sheet into a folded test piece, and repeatedly rub the test piece under both compressive and traction loads. Based on the number of times the test piece is cut, the wear resistance performance is evaluated

<Wrinkle Wear Resistance Test>A test piece with creases made by a mold is rubbed by friction paper installed on a pressure plate with a pressure load. The wear resistance performance is evaluated based on the number of times the test piece is rubbed when it is damaged.
