1. Acid and alkali storage tanks and clean water tank D

The storage tank is used to store cleaning solution, and the cleaning solution is prepared according to the cleaning process requirements. The concentration is generally 2% NaOH solution and 2% HNO3 solution. The tank body is made of stainless steel plate (SUS304), and the cylinder body is equipped with a temperature measuring element that can display the temperature inside the corresponding tank. There is a connecting port at the bottom of the cylinder body, and two manholes at the top also serve as the reflux inlet for the cleaning solution. There is also a waste liquid discharge outlet at the bottom; The clear water tank is equipped with a liquid level controller, and an electromagnetic valve is installed on the pipeline of the clear water inlet to automatically control the water level of the clear water tank within a certain range. The clear water flushing is discharged once and does not reflux. The cleaning solution is sent to the external CIP connection through the pipeline distributor of the cleaning solution output by the centrifugal pump, and then sent back to the equipment through the reflux pipeline by the reflux pump. The cleaning solution can be recycled.

2. Rack

The rack of this device is made of stainless steel material, with a compact structure that is easy to install and transport.

There are six adjustable telescopic legs under the rack, which allow the entire equipment to be stably placed on the foundation floor through the rack. The arc-shaped support ring on the middle of the rack is used to place acid and alkali tanks, and the upper right end of the rack is used to install a clean water tank.

3. Steam heating system

Using the steam direct heating method, the steam is filtered to remove impurities and then injected directly into the cleaning solution pipeline through a steam injector. After thorough mixing, the cleaning solution is heated to the desired temperature; By adjusting the steam inlet, the temperature of the cleaning solution can be controlled.

4. Pipeline distributor for cleaning solution output

The cleaning solution output pipeline distributor designed for this device is processed according to the actual needs of users, with a total of 4-9 heads to choose from. The outlet channels of the pipeline distributor are connected to the CIP interface of the equipment that needs to be cleaned, and can be used in a single unit. The pipeline distributor has a simple structure, flexible operation, and easy use. If there are too many cleaning points, the pipeline distributor can be designed to operate in multiple ways simultaneously, which can save cleaning time.

The pipeline distributor and the main equipment can be placed separately and connected by pipelines.

The pipeline distributor itself should be placed nearby on one side of various equipment that needs to be cleaned, and through different connections, each equipment can be cleaned sequentially; When working, the cleaning solution is transported to the inlet of the pipeline distributor through a centrifugal pump, and then connected to the connecting pipe behind the distributor through a swinging pipe to be transported to the various equipment or pipelines that need to be cleaned for cleaning.

The entire cleaning process and program time can be determined by each user manufacturer according to actual needs.
