Product Introduction

The liquid level transmitter produced by our company is developed and produced using imported pressure sensors. Adopting unique anti-interference technology, circuit linearity, and temperature compensation technology, it has strong anti-interference ability, better linearity, and lower or ultra-low temperature drift coefficient. Its temperature drift coefficient is much lower than that of similar general products in China, and it is suitable for measuring gas, liquid, steam pressure and various corrosive media. Widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, light industry, machinery, etc. Zero point and full range can be adjusted on-site. Can be configured with a linear 100% pointer meter or a 31/2 LCD display head.

The pressure interface is a standard M20 × 1.5 external thread with an inner hole of Ø 3mm (if there are special requirements, they can be processed according to user requirements).

Zero point and full point adjustment

Open the blind cover on one end of the electronic circuit board and adjust the zero and full points by rotating the zero and full potentiometers.
Attention: The transmitter has been adjusted to the optimal range, accuracy, and linearity according to user needs before leaving the factory, and generally does not require on-site adjustment.





Installation and usage precautions

1. Before installation, please check whether the model, range, and working power supply indicated on the label are consistent with those on site; The power supply should use a stable voltage regulator.
2. This product can be installed on pipelines (or container walls) using the M20 × 1.5 interface without the need for brackets To avoid the accumulation of solid sediment or other viscous substances in the measuring medium, which may affect the measurement accuracy of the transmitter's inlet hole, it is recommended that the inlet hole be installed vertically downward (or tilted downward at a certain angle)
3. When measuring high-temperature media, please use a pressure tube or other cooling device to reduce the temperature to within the range of the transmitter's operating temperature.
4. When installing outdoors, the transmitter should be placed in a ventilated and dry place as much as possible, avoiding direct sunlight and rain, otherwise the performance of the transmitter may deteriorate or malfunction.
5. When the medium is a corrosive gas (or liquid), the name, concentration, temperature, etc. of the medium should be indicated on the purchase contract; Special requirements, our company can process and produce according to special processes to meet the different needs of users.
6. When the range of the transmitter is ≤ 5KPa, the installation position will affect the zero output, and the zero output needs to be adjusted after the installation of the transmitter is completed.
7. It is strictly prohibited to insert sharp and hard objects into the pressure input hole. The diaphragm of the flush membrane transmitter cannot be touched by hand or any other object, otherwise it will cause permanent damage.
8. When using a diaphragm exposed structure (i.e. flat diaphragm) pressure transmitter, it should be cleaned regularly to avoid errors.
9. The cable of the liquid level transmitter must not be damaged, otherwise it may cause damage; The probe part must not be dropped or bumped, otherwise it may cause damage to the chip.
10. The transmitter is a precision instrument, and it is recommended to calibrate it with the relevant metrology department after long-term use; Non professionals are not allowed to open it at will to avoid damage.
