Brief introduction

This end quenching device adopts two methods: thermal infrared automatic control and manual control. The time control adopts high-precision digital display time relay, with a delay time set from 1 second to 99 minutes. The water temperature control range of the water tank is 20 degrees ± 3 degrees, which is higher than the national standard. It can reach 20 degrees ± 3 degrees within 30 minutes after starting up. This machine can ensure long-term stability within 20 ± 3 degrees Celsius at an ambient temperature of 42 degrees Celsius. The water tank, nozzle, and other components that come into long-term contact with water, as well as the casing protective plate of the end quenching device, are all made of 304A stainless steel to ensure that the testing device has a long service life and maintains its appearance.

3、 Scope of application:

Suitable for end face quenching tests of high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, spring steel, some tool and mold steel, bearing steel, and low hardenability structural steel.

4、 Characteristics:

This quenching testing machine has seven workstations and can process seven samples simultaneously. It mainly consists of a water supply system, a water temperature control system (automatically controlled within a range of 20 ℃± 3 ℃), a sample bracket, a water blocking device (detected by a thermal infrared probe), and an electrical control system. All components are installed in a 2mm ± 0.2 thick 304A all stainless steel shell, which has the characteristics of novel structure, beautiful appearance, easy operation, and high degree of automation; The quenching time can be adjusted arbitrarily within 0-60 minutes by the timer; The nozzle is closed before quenching. When the quenched sample is placed at the quenching station, the water nozzle will automatically open; The entire end quenching process can automatically complete the opening of the water nozzle, quenching, and closing of the water nozzle; Automatic alarm after completion; After filling with water at once, the automatic circulation of quenching water is completed through an electric pump. The equipment materials and fastening connectors can prevent rust, corrosion, and water.

7、 After sales service:

(1) We are responsible for installing and debugging the equipment after it is in place.

(2) We are responsible for providing free training to the operators of the user, including the principles, operation, and maintenance of the equipment, until the user fully masters it.

(3) From the date of self installation, debugging, and acceptance of the equipment, the warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, if the equipment malfunctions, we will be responsible for free and timely maintenance and replacement of parts. Due to human operation accidents, the damage is not covered by the warranty. We can provide spare parts in a timely manner and ship them to Party A by express delivery, providing convenience to Party A. The cost will be borne by the user.

(4) If there is any malfunction of the equipment during the warranty period, Party B shall provide a response to Party A's technical consultation within 12 hours. If on-site service is required, Party B shall arrive at the site within 24 hours.
