Stainless steel dust crusher, made entirely of stainless steel, made of 304 material, in compliance with GMP requirements. Mainly suitable for material crushing in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food.
Working principle
This machine utilizes the relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc, as well as the mutual impact between materials, to achieve crushing and pulverization of the materials in the crushing chamber. This machine is equipped with a sieve, which can be replaced according to customer requirements. When the material is crushed to a diameter smaller than the sieve hole, the powder comes out of the sieve and falls into the aggregate bucket below. The dust floating in the bucket is sucked into the dust removal bag inside the dust removal box through the action of the dust removal motor for filtration, and the air is discharged outdoors by the fan.

4. Multi functional crushers and stainless steel dust removal crushers can be equipped with water cooling devices according to the special usage requirements of users and the special physical and chemical properties of the crushed materials. If the melting point and ignition point of the crushed material are low, and it is prone to softening and sticking when heated, resulting in reduced crushing efficiency or inability to crush, and even causing combustion and explosion, it is necessary to install a water-cooled cooling device on the crushing equipment.
5. The commonly used water cooling device is to install a sealed water clamp on the front and rear walls of the crushing chamber, so that the flowing tap water or well water continuously flows into the rear wall water clamp, then into the front wall water clamp, and then flows back into the rear wall through the front wall water clamp, and flows out through the outlet of the rear wall. The purpose of the water cooling device is to reduce the temperature of the crushing chamber!
precautions
1. The external power supply of this machine should be equipped with a suitable circuit breaker according to the machine power, in order to automatically cut off the power supply when the machine is overloaded or the current is too high, in order to protect the motor!
2. Ensure that there is a dedicated person to supervise this machine during operation.
3. The crushed material particles should not be too large. If the machine is shut down (i.e. the speed slows down significantly or stops running passively due to excessive load), the power should be cut off immediately.
If the particles being crushed are too large, they should be crushed by a universal crusher before being crushed by this machine.
