1、 Principle Overview
Process flow: Raw water - Cyclone sand removal - Precision filtration - Water storage tank - User
The cyclone desander is based on the principles of centrifugal settling and density difference. When the water flow enters the equipment tangentially from the inlet of the desander under a certain pressure, strong rotational motion is generated. Due to the different densities of sand and water, the low-density clear water rises and is discharged through the overflow port, while the high-density sand is discharged through the bottom sand discharge port, thus achieving the purpose of desanding. Within a certain range and conditions, the higher the inlet pressure of the sand remover, the higher the sand removal rate, and multiple units can be used in parallel.

5、 Installation and use
