DGLF spiral powder measuring scale starts running, and the control instrument automatically calculates the output data based on the difference between the set flow rate and the actual flow rate, and transmits it to the frequency converter. The speed of the spiral scale is adjusted by the frequency converter, and the weighing sensor detects the actual material flow rate in real time and transmits the data to the secondary instrument. At the same time, the speed sensor transmits the speed signal to the secondary instrument, and the instrument automatically calculates the actual flow rate based on the sensor data, forming a closed-loop control.
