Continuous and high repetition rate pulsed laser, 375nm-12um

The most complete laser wavelength and spectral characteristics range from visible to mid infrared. The 771 series laser spectrum analyzer provides complete wavelength and spectral characteristics of continuous wave and high repetition rate pulsed lasers ranging from 375nm-12um. This system combines Michelson interferometer technology with fast Fourier transform analysis for accurate measurement of absolute wavelength, with an accuracy of up to 0.0001nm and high-resolution spectral analysis of 2GHz. Our product guarantees continuous calibration with a built-in wavelength standard.
