1、 Scope of application and functions

7) After power failure, test the system's recovery function. When analyzing specific surface area and pore size, the vacuum degassing process is quite lengthy. 3、 Technical requirements:

1. Vacuum System: A vacuum system specially designed by vacuum processing experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences for the HYA series. It is equipped with all stainless steel pipelines and international vacuum solenoid valves, with a higher vacuum degree (up to 10-8 Torr) and a longer duration of maintaining high vacuum degree. 6. Detection system: Imported capacitive absolute pressure thin film pressure transmitter, with an accuracy of 0.1%, (0-10 Torr - equivalent to 0-1.3KP, 0-1000 Torr - equivalent to 0-133.3kp) up to 24 bit AD acquisition circuit to ensure data accuracy. Thousands of points can be tested.

7. High quality control valves ensure stable extraction and intake without sample splashing. Special gas path treatment avoids secondary contamination during the transfer of sample tubes from the degassing station to the analysis station. Advanced technology that performs heating degassing and sample analysis simultaneously without contaminating the sample analysis pipeline.

8. Sample pretreatment is more convenient and efficient. Sample testing and processing are conducted at the same location to achieve the desired degassing effect. At the same time, avoid disassembling the sample and exposing it to air, which may affect its adsorption capacity. We use a three-way valve above the sample chamber to cleverly divide the testing pipeline and heating degassing pipeline into two parts, so that impurities generated during degassing will not contaminate the testing pipeline and vacuum gauge. This is our core technology.

9. Independent P0 tube to ensure the accuracy of P0 value. P/P0 can reach 0.9995

10. BETA201A is equipped with a large capacity liquid nitrogen Dewar flask, which can ensure 70 hours of unmanned operation. HYA is also equipped with a liquid nitrogen isothermal jacket to ensure a constant temperature below the isothermal jacket throughout the analysis process. An automatic liquid nitrogen replenishment system can be added for sample testing of any desired duration.
