Blowing system - optimized air duct design, using high-temperature resistant blower motor with centrifugal fan blades and powerful turbine type circulating air supply, can make the distribution of hot air inside the box more uniform, more energy-saving and quieter, better ensure a good operating environment, and the wind speed and pressure meet the test standards and international and domestic environmental protection requirements. All components have high reliability and compatibility, and are easy to install, maintain and repair.
Heating system - adopts far-infrared heating method, with high radiation effect, faster heating speed, reasonable distribution of heating tubes, independent system, without affecting the control circuit. The temperature control power is calculated by the computer, and the heating output power is automatically controlled according to the temperature inside the box to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency electricity demand, which is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
Temperature Control System - Adopting a microcomputer digital intelligent digital temperature controller with PID regulation and digital time relay, it has high accuracy, intuitive and eye-catching. It has continuous adjustment function in conjunction with solid-state relays. When the temperature reaches the preset value, the relay receives the output signal from the temperature controller to regulate it. The temperature can only float finely within the PID temperature range for constant temperature action, improving the temperature accuracy inside the box. The circuit is equipped with an over temperature protector. When the instrument fails or operates incorrectly and the temperature exceeds the set value, the protector immediately cuts off the control power to ensure the safety of the products inside the box. The over temperature protector can be adjusted within the approved range.
Thermal insulation effect - good insulation technology, good sealing effect, basically maintaining normal indoor temperature outside the box, with little impact on environmental temperature.
Protection system - leakage protection, line protection, short circuit protection, overload protection, over temperature protection.

Temperature controller: A set of intelligent digital temperature controllers with automatic temperature control, temperature control accuracy of 0.1-1 degrees, and PID adjustment.
Time setting device: HS48S-99.99 timing device, can be manually/automatically switched on/off. It starts timing when the temperature reaches the set value, and cuts off the heating power when it reaches the set range.
Time alarm device: APT/AD16 type sound and light alarm device, which will immediately sound an alarm after the set time and manually end the alarm prompt.
Overtemperature alarm device: When the temperature exceeds the set value range by a certain value, the protector immediately cuts off the control power supply.
Temperature measuring device: a stainless steel PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensing device for accurate temperature measurement, and a stainless steel K-type platinum resistance temperature sensing device for use with an over temperature protector.
Circuit breaker start: A circuit breaker with leakage protection starts the power supply, effectively protecting all electrical components.
Contactor: PID+SSR (optional) output, accurate temperature control accuracy, can improve the stability and prolong the service life of temperature control components and interfaces, ensuring the uniformity of temperature inside the box.

Installation site: The ground is flat, well ventilated, there are no strong vibrations around the equipment, no safety hazards, no strong magnetic fields, no direct sunlight or other heat sources, no high concentration dust, and no corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials. There should be a certain amount of space for use and maintenance around the equipment.
Air pressure used: 86-106Kpa
Environmental requirements: Temperature range -5-40 degrees, relative humidity ± 85% RH.
Power supply: Users are required to configure a separate air or power switch with the corresponding capacity for this device and connect it to the ground wire.
