Product details
This instrument meets the requirements for the determination of non methane total hydrocarbons from organized and unorganized emissions of fixed pollution sources, as well as the determination of total hydrocarbons in ambient air, and is superior to the national environmental protection standards (HJ604-2011) "Determination of total hydrocarbons in ambient air by gas chromatography" and HJ/T38-1999 "Determination of non methane total hydrocarbons in exhaust gas from fixed pollution sources by gas chromatography".
Characteristic introduction:
The unique dual quantitative tube gas injection valve, dual hydrogen flame ionization detector, dual microcurrent amplifier, and dual channel data output can achieve the analysis of total hydrocarbons/non methane total hydrocarbons in pollution source exhaust gas in one injection, with simple operation, good reproducibility, and high accuracy. Configure dedicated chromatographic workstations for the determination of non methane total hydrocarbons and ambient air total hydrocarbons, and enable networked remote data transmission for easy remote monitoring.

The unique gas path stabilization process design greatly reduces the interference of pressure fluctuations on the entire gas path process and detector during gas injection. The unique vaporization chamber and hydrogen flame nozzle structure design greatly improve the sensitivity and reproducibility of gas analysis, making it more suitable for gas analysis. It can flexibly implement various injection methods such as gas injectors, gas injection valves, gas headspace samplers, thermal analysis, and can be equipped with methane conversion furnaces, column switching valves, and other devices.
Introduction to the characteristics of the dedicated chromatographic workstation for the determination of non methane total hydrocarbons and ambient air total hydrocarbons: Non methane total hydrocarbon determination: can graft the spectra of two channels in real time onto one spectrum for calculation, automatically deduct methane concentration from the total hydrocarbon concentration, and also deduct manually entered oxygen concentration. Measurement of total hydrocarbons in ambient air: The concentration of total hydrocarbons and oxygen in two spectra can be calculated separately using the working curve (or correction factor) of methane, and the concentration of oxygen can be subtracted from the concentration of total hydrocarbons.
