Brief introduction

The detection accuracy of oil spectrometers is limited by the size of abrasive particles in the analyzed oil sample. When the particle size exceeds 3-8 microns (with varying degrees of restriction for different elements), the reliability of the analysis results of traditional oil spectrometers decreases. But for some heavy equipment, such as large gearboxes and bearings, they will produce approximately 10um of abrasive particles in the early stages of wear.
