In the application, customers have a demand to distinguish and sort products by color. Ruiyi Intelligence has the following application cases to complete the task of color sorting.
In this application scheme, a Burkent three-axis industrial robot is used, paired with an Omron color vision camera.
In a pile of products with mixed colors, the Ohm color vision camera captures images, analyzes the shape, color, and position of the products, and compares them with pre edited and designed colors and shapes for judgment. Then, the position and color information of the products are accurately conveyed to the industrial robot, and the robot sequentially captures the products and places them in the designated area based on the visual information provided.
