1、 Composition and description:

The tunnel furnace mainly consists of: conveying system, hot air drying system, automatic heating and temperature control system, circulating air system, and electrical control system; Composed of cooling and cooling systems, etc.

The tunnel furnace adopts a relay automatic control form, and except for manual loading and unloading of workpieces, all other process procedures are automatically completed by it. Manual operation only requires placing the workpiece to be dried in the leveling area of the conveyor belt, and the conveyor system automatically sends the parts to each process section in sequence. After drying and cooling the workpiece, it reaches the unloading station, and the drying process is completed.

2、 Conveyor system
The tunnel furnace conveying system consists of a gearbox, conveyor belt, main drive shaft, and driven shaft. 3、 Hot air drying, automatic temperature control heating system

The tunnel furnace hot air drying and automatic temperature control heating system consists of a fan, heating tube, temperature sensor, temperature controller, etc. Circulating air flow evenly blows hot air from the heater towards the conveyed workpiece, ensuring uniform hot air in the drying box, avoiding uneven heating on the surface of the object, and accelerating the waterless drying of the workpiece.

4、 Electrical control system

Using relays or power regulators for automatic control, all electrical components used in the equipment are equipped with accessories that comply with international standards. An emergency stop button can be installed at the inlet and outlet to prevent unexpected situations, prevent timely shutdown, and improve the safety performance of the equipment. The electrical control cabinet is equipped with dual color lights to display the normal operation and fault status of the equipment.
